SHIPPING
US Shipping
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 48-72 hours and you will receive an email notification with tracking information once shipment is fulfilled, unless otherwise mentioned.
The shipment window begins once orders leave our New York location. USPS typically delivers packages within 5 business days unless an expedited service is purchased at checkout.
Unfortunately we don't ship internationally at this time, but hope to in the future!
Calculations
We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our location in New York. We currently ship with USPS.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If your package goes missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
Fraudulent Charges
Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.
RETURNS
Damages
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hi@taylorofbrooklyn.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful. Additionally, if you've just started watching Damages starring Rose Byrne and Glenn Close and just want to chat please also email us at hi@taylorofbrooklyn.com.
Discount Codes
From time to time we may announce Discount Codes. Discount Codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
Returns
We at Taylor of Brooklyn are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at hi@taylorofbrooklyn.com. Given the nature of the product, we will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
ALLERGIES
Please be sure to always know what ingredients you may be allergic to before using our products. Do a small patch skin test to see if you may have any reactions to our ingredients.
Never use products in the eye area, internally, or on open wounds or irritated skin.
